Shri. M.S. SANKLECHAB.Com.(Hons.)L.L.B. 2012 - 2019 Born on 12th December, 1957. After having graduated in Law from the University of Bombay commenced practice of Law at Bombay High Court in October,1981. He worked in the chambers of Mr. V.J. Taraporvala, Senior Advocate. The area of practice was in the field of Constitutional and Taxation Law matters particularly Customs, Excise and Service Tax Matters before the High Court and Supureme Court. He has also been a panel counsel for Union of India since 1989 and a senior counsel for Union of India from 1988 upto 2005 representing the Union of India in the High Court. Appointed as additional judge of Bombay High Court on 23rd January, 2012. |
