Born on 12th January, 1957 at Village Malumbra, Taluka Tuljapur, District Osmanabad ( Maharashtra ). Completed his high school in Zilla Parishad High School, at Malumbra, Taluka Tuljapur in the year 1973. Obtained his graduation degree from Rajaram College, Kolhapur ( Maharashtra ) in the year 1978. Obtained LL.B degree from I.L.S. Law College, Pune with first class in the year 1981. Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the year 1981. Has practiced since 1981 till October, 2000 in the District and Sessions Court at Osmanabad. From 1990 to 1996 served as an Additional Government pleader at Osmanabad. On 05.10.2000 appointed as an Additional District Judge and served at Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Hingoli, Karad ( District Satara ). Served as a Principal District Judge at District Raigad - Alibag. From 2011 to 2013 served as Registrar ( Vigilance Department ) in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay. Since 11.12.2013 to 31.12.2014 served as a Principal District Judge, Pune. Elevated as an Additional Judge of Bombay High Court on 01.01.2015.
