Born at Bombay on 5th January, 1952.

Studied at Pune and passed our S.S.C. Examination in 1968 from Nutan Marathi Vidyalaya.

Graduated in Science faculty from Bombay University and was a student of D.G.Ruparel College, Bombay-16.

Secured LL.B. degree in 1976 from New Law College, Bombay and LL.M. degree in 1978 from University of Bombay.

Enrolled as an Advocate on 23.12.1977 and practised at High Court, City Civil and Sessions Court and various other Courts at Bombay.

Was appointed as Part-time Professor in February 1979 at New Law College, Bombay 16 and continued to teach at New Law College, Bombay till 9.10.1991.

Joined the post of Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court on 10.10.1991 and worked till 1.4.2007 and handled various cases on Civil and Criminal Side.

Transferred to Nashik as Principal District and Sessions Judge with effect from 2.4.2007.

Appointed as Addl. permanent Judge of High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 13th March, 2010.

Keen interest in tourism and Indian Classical Music .

Retired on 05/01/2014.
