MR. S.B. Mhase

Justice S.B. Mhase, B.A.(Bons.), LL.B. : Was born on October 28, 1947. He was enrolled as an Advocate on July 14, 1971. Practised in the High Court Bench at Aurangabad since 1988, District Court and other Civil Courts at Nagpur since 1971, Industrial Court and Labour Court since 1980. Practised in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Labour and Service matters and specialised in Civil, Co-operative and Labour matters. Worked as the Legal Adviser for the Zila Parishad from 1984 to 1991, for the Ahmednagar District Central Bank and the Agriculture Produce Market Committee of Ahmednagar. Worked as a part-time Professor in the Law College at Ahmednagar from 1975 to 1980. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on April 15, 1996 and permanent Judge on April 12, 1998. Due to retire on 28th October, 2009.
