MR. R.R. Jahagirdar

#MR. R.R. Jahagirdar, B.A., LL.B. : Late Honorable Justice R.R. Jahagirdar was born on May 9th 1929 in Bombay. After passing his L.L.B examinations in 1952, Justice R.R. Jahagirdar started his practice on the appellate side of the Bombay High Court in the chambers of his late father, Honorable Justice Rangacharya Jahagirdar. In 1967, he was appointed Assistant Government Pleader and in 1968 he was appointed as a judge of the City Civil and Sessions Court. In 1982, he became the Principal Judge of the City Civil and Sessions Court and worked in that position till he was elevated to the Bombay High Court on July 31, 1985. He passed away on November 10, 1986, putting an untimely end to an illustrious career.
