Justice Deepak Kantilal Trivedi, B.A., (Hons.), LL.B. : Born on 4th March 1943. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 5th September 1973. Practised in the High Court of Gujarat and the Central Administrative Tribunal at Ahmedabad in Criminal, Civil, Constitutional, Service and Company matters and specialised in Criminal and Constitutional matters. Appointed as Assistant Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor in High Court of Gujarat from 22nd January 1982 to 21st November 1990 and subsequently appointed as Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor in the High Court from 22nd November, 1990 and also Advocate on panel on different corporations of the State Undertakings. Appointed Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court 17th January, 1994 and transferred to Bombay High Court on 3rd February 1994. Appointed permanent Judge of the Bombay High Court from 3rd February 1995. Transferred back to the Gujarat High Court on September 11, 2001. Retried on 4th March 2005.
