Justice Ashok Chhotelal Agarwal, B.A., LL.B.- Born on 27.8.1937. Enrolled as an Advocate on August 22,1960. Mainly practised on the Appellate Side. In the beginning he practised in the City Civil and Sessions Court, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Small Causes Courts and Revenue Courts in Bombay for a period of about 15 years and thereafter on the Appellate side of the Bombay High Court. Appointed Assistant Government Pleader in 1974 on the Appellate Side of the High Court to conduct writ petition. Appointed Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court with effect from 21.11.1986. Appointed permanent Judge on 12.6.87. Retired on 27.8.1999.
