Justice Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, B.Sc., LL.M. : Born on 25-12-1946.Enrolled as an Advocate on 15.10.1971. Practised mainly in Bombay High Court in Constitutional, Civil, Labour, Criminal Company and Service Matters and specialised in Civil Writs , involving Constitutional and Administrative Law. Designated as Senior Advocate in December 1991. Stood first in LL.M. Degree of Mumbai University. Taught Constitutional and Administrative Law to LL.B. students for eleven years and Public International Law to LL.M. for thirteen years and Press Laws for four years. Appointed as the Additional Judge of Bombay High Court on 15-04-1996 . Was made permanent Judge on 12-04-1998. Due to retire on 25th December, 2008.
