Justice Sudhir Shantaram Dani, B.A., LL.M. : Born on 8-12-1936. Enrolled as an Advocate of the Bombay High Court on 8-4-1963 and entered into Government Service as an Assistance Judge on 23-10-1975. Promoted as District Judge from 13-3-1978. From 1-8-1978 to 31-5-1979 worked as Adhoc Claims Commissioner Western Railways and 12-5-1980 to 17-6-1983 as the Director of Public Prosecutions, Bombay and from 22-4-1988 worked as the Secretary to Government Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court from 24-9-1990 and permanent Judge of that High Court from 28-7-1992. Retired on 8-2-1998.
