Born on 26/6/1948. Did his graduation from Vidarbha Mahavidyalaya, Amravati and law from University Law College, Nagpur Practised at District Court Amravati from 1971 till 1976 with his illustrious uncle Late Shri M. B. Pangarkar on Civil Side. Entered judicial service in 1976. Worked as Secretary to Commission of Enquiry. Was promoted as Additional District Judge in 1988. Worked as such at Jalgaon, Nashik, Bhandara. Promoted as District Judge in 1994. Worked as Joint Director in Judicial Officers Training Institute till 1999. Worked as Registrar at Nagpur Bench. Later Posted as District Judge at Osmanabad. Worked as Registrar (Legal), Registrar (Inspection) in the High Court. Appointed as Registrar General and worked as such till elevation on 8/9/2006.
