JUSTICE SUNIL P. DESHMUKHB.Sc.,LL.B. 2012-2021 Graduate of Science faculty of the then Marathwada University. Completed LL.B. from Bombay University. Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 18th July, 1986 and joined office of father, Senior Advocate, Mr. P. R. Deshmukh. Handled mostly, Constitutional, Civil, Commercial and Tax matters for individuals, various national and multinational corporate bodies, agricultural produce market committees, co-operative sugar factories and societies like kharedi-vikri sangh, multipurpose societies and several educational institutions, etc. Appeared, in quite a few criminal matters, and also in civil matters in the courts of original jurisdiction at Aurangabad. Is interested in sports. Has played cricket at the State level and inter university tournaments for the teams representing Aurangabad District and Marathwada University. Has also played Lawn Tennis, Badminton and Table Tennis. Appointed Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 23rd January, 2012. |
