Born on 6th July 1957. Completed school education at Paithan, Malvan and Kolhapur. Completed college education at Fergusan College, Pune and at Thane and New Law College, Mahim, Mumbai. Enrolled as an Advocate on 3rd December 1979 at Bar Council of Maharashtra. Practised at Thane and conducted Civil and Criminal cases. Worked as Assistant Public Prosecutor at Thane. Joined judiciary and worked as a Civil Judge / Judicial Magistrate for ten years and as Civil Judge Senior Division for three years. Worked as Ad hoc Additional District Judge and then as District Judge for twelve years. Worked as Principal District Judge w.e.f. 3rd March 2013 to 4th June 2017. Elevated as Judge of Bombay High Court w.e.f. 5th June 2017. |
