Born on 09th May, 1966 in the family of agriculturist in the tribal district of Bhandara at village Rengepar (Kotha). Completed primary education in Zilla Parishad Middle School in the said village and was admitted for secondary education in Samarth Vidyalaya, Lakhani.

As the facility of higher secondary education was not available at the said place, it has compelled His Lordship in shifting to Nagpur for his further education at Rashtriya Junior College, Nagpur.

While working as a daily wager, he completed B. Com. from City Binzani Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur and M. Com. from the Nagpur University.

Started working as an Advocate Clerk in the office the then Advocate General of Maharashtra late Shri Arvind S. Bobade and Shri Sharad A. Bobade, the then Senior Counsel and Former Chief Justice of India. Since was aspiring to become a lawyer got admitted in LL.B. three years course at Nagpur University's Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law.

After having completed law from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur in November 1995 was enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and started practicing law from the office of Justice Bobade. Has practiced law on Civil, Criminal and Constitutional side in High Court and subordinate courts at Nagpur.

Since was aspiring to be a member of the judiciary, successfully cleared the exam of District Judge and was selected as District and Sessions Judge in 2008 and posted at City Civil Court, Greater Bombay.

While working as a District and Sessions Judge, was assigned judicial work at various District Courts viz Chandrapur, Registrar, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur and Member, Industrial Court, Nagpur.

Considering the dedication and devotion to the duty, was appointed as Principal District and Sessions Judge in 2017 and was posted at Silvasa (U.T.) and Akola.

At the time of serving as a Principal District and Sessions Judge at Aurangabad was sworn in as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 07th October, 2022. His Lordship has keen interest in agriculture, gardening, physical fitness and exploring the nature.
