Justice Arvind Balkrishna Palkar, B.Sc., LL.B. : Was bron on June, 14, 1941. He was enrolled as an Advocate on September 13, 1967 and practised for a period of four and half years in Civil and Criminal Courts including District Court at Akola as also in Revenue Courts and Rent Control Authorities. He joined Judicial Service as Civil Judge, Junior Division, on February 24, 1972 and worked in various capacities. He was promoted as District Judge on September 11, 1989 and worked as Judge, Family Court and as Principal Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Law and Judiciary Department. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on June 9, 1997 and permanent Judge on June 7, 1999. Retired on June 14, 2003.
