| Born on 11th August, 1957. Completed B.A. from
Marathwada University and LL.B. From ILS Law College, Pune. Was
enrolled as an Advocate on 29th October, 1980 and joined the Chamber of
his father, a distinguished Advocate practicing on criminal side, late
Shri Manoharrao Borde, at Beed. On establishment of the Bench of
Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, shifted to Aurangabad in November,
1981 and joined the chamber of Honourable Mr. Justice A. B. Naik, as a
junior and was associated with him for a period of five years.
Conducted various types of civil and criminal matters as
well as constitutional matters including service and cooperative
cases. Represented Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, Municipal Council,
Beed, Municipal Council, Kopargaon, Municipal Council, dharur and
several other local bodies. Also represented Maharashtra Tourism
Development Corporation and the Central Council of Homeopathy as well
as the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. Was Secretary of
the Bar Association, High Court Bench at Aurangabad during the period
1991-92. Has also rendered services as Part time Lecturer in
M.P. Law College, Aurangabad for a period of two years. |
