Born
on 24.12.1950. Enrolled as an Advocate on 24.9.1974. Obtained Post
Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management in
1981. Practised in Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court in
Constitutional, Criminal and Civil Matters and specialized in Criminal
Law. From 1979 to 1982, he worked as the Honorary Assistant Government
Pleader, from 1982 to 1st November, 1995 was Assistant Government
Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor and from 2nd November, 1995
he was the Government Pleader and the Public Prosecutor in the High
Court of Nagpur. Worked as a part-time Contributory Lecturer in the
University College of Law at Nagpur for academic session 1982 to 1983.
Appointed as a Judge of the Bombay High Court with effect from
15.4.1996.
