Justice Askaran Dagdulal Tated, B.A., LL.B. :  Born on 21-7-1927.  Appointed Civil Judge on 16-11-1950 in the Madhya Pradesh State.  On recognization of States, his services were transferred to the erstwhile State of Bombay and thereafter to the State of Maharashtra.  Appointed Assistant Judge on 16-10-1967 and District Judge on 31-3-1974.  Appointed Judge of the Bombay City Civil & Sessions Court in June, 1977 and acted as such till May, 1979.  Appointed Selection Grade District Judge on 9-5-1979.  Also worked as Law Secretary and Legal Remembrance of the Department of Legal Affairs, Government of Maharashtra.  Appointed Permanent Judge, Bombay High Court from 28-3-1983.  Retired on 21-7-1989.
