Justice Prakash Shivlal Shah, B.Sc., LL.B. :  Born on 18th October, 1926.  Educated at State High School, Sangli, D.A.V. College, Sholapur, Ferguson College, Poona, and Law College, Poona.  Enrolled as an Advocate on 22nd March, 1962 in High Court at Bomaby. Did all kinds of work both Civil and Criminal at District and Sessions Court, Sholapur as District Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor in District and Sessions Court, Sholapur.  As Advocate of the Bombay High Court practised in Civil, Constitutional and Criminal matters on the Appellate Side.  Appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court at Bombay with effect from 9th September, 1972 .  Appointed as permanent Judge on 1-11-1973.  Retired on 18-10-1988.
