Justice Siraj Mohfuz Daud, M.A., LL.B. :  Born on 1-1-1931.  Enrolled as a District Pleader in 1952 at Nagpur, Selected as Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class as Amravati in Vidarbha region and appointed from 6th September, 1954.  Promoted as Assistant Judge on 1-2-1968 and appointed District Judge from 16-8-1974.  Worked as Deputy & Joint Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra in the Law & Judiciary Department at Nagpur from January 1977. Promoted as Selection Grade District Judge on 25-11-1982 and appointed as Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay from 20-12-1982.  Appointed permanent Judge of the Bombay High Court on 31-7-1985. Retired on 1-1-1993.
