Justice Bhikdeo Dhonda Bal, B.Sc., LL.B. : Born 10th January 1908.  Educated as S.P.G. Mission High School. Dapoli, District  Ratnagiri; Wellingdon College, Sangli, Ferguson College, Poona, Law College, Poona.  Enrolled Advocate High Court Bombay on the 17th September 1931.  Practised on Civil and Criminal Side in the District Court and Subordinate Courts, Poona.  Since November, 1936 in the High Court at Bombay.  Appointed Additional Judge of the High Court at Bombay from 2nd April 1964 and re-appointed from  2nd April 1966.  Appointed Permanent Judge from  22nd September 1966.  Retired on 10th January, 1970.
