Justice Raghumandan Lal Aggarwal, LL.B. :  Born on 1st December, 1925.  Educated at Shree Marwari Vidyalaya High School, Karachi, S.D. High School, Hoshiarpur, D.A.V. College, Hoshiarpur, S.C. Shahani Law College, Karachi, and Government Law College, Bombay.  Enrolled Advocate of the High Court at Bombay on 19th April, 1948 and Advocate of the Supreme Court in 1955.  Practised in Civil and Criminal matters in the High Court and in the City Civil and Sessions Court. Counsel for Central Government cases in the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Bombay, from 1962 to 1966 and appointed Assistant Government Pleader in the City Civil and Sessions Court in 1967.  Appointed Additional Judge of the High Court At Bombay with effect from 28th March, 1973. Appointed Permanent Judge on 29-1-1975.  Retired on 1-12-1987.
